lumen’OS designs, develops and produces exclusive lighting and design objects that are made of natural wood utilizing modern LED technology. We combine art, design and sustainability to enhance urban, commercial and architectural environments. All lumen’OS products are handcrafted in Canada and Germany setting a high standard for quality and energy efficiency.

Our journey started out in 2013 in a tiny studio in Munich with simple sketches on paper conveying various design ideas. Since those early days, our passion for timeless design, fine aesthetics and love for natural wood combined with LED technology has inspired us to create many unique and innovative products. In 2016 we were nominated for the prestigious and internationally recognized German Design Award for Excellent Product Design.
